Welcome to TagTuf. By purchasing our physical tracking tags, deploying our hardware, or accessing our cloud monitoring dashboard, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding Terms of Service with TagTuf LLC:
1. The Service & Account Security:
TagTuf LLC provides a hybrid hardware-software equipment tracking utility. Subscribers are granted mobile worker check-in access configurations based on their active plan. You are entirely responsible for managing your internal 6-digit worker codes, maintaining the confidentiality of your administrative login credentials, and protecting your session cookie data. TagTuf LLC is not liable for unauthorized dashboard access resulting from user negligence.
2. Usage-Based Billing & Payment Processor Authorization:
By linking your merchant payment method to our platform, you authorize TagTuf LLC to automatically process recurring billing statements each month through our integrated payment gateway. All transaction processing runs securely via our network partner tokenized systems.
• The Base Fee: A recurring baseline of $29/month covers platform infrastructure and up to 50 active inventory tag assignments.
• Per-Tag Scaling: Active tags over the included 50 units carry a flat incremental rate of $0.50 per tag/month. Billing is automatically adjusted based on the high-water mark (highest active tag count) during that period.
• Wholesale Telecom Pass-Through: Automated SMS field alerts generated by your workflow configurations will be billed in arrears at our exact carrier wholesale usage cost, tracked transparently via our internal system logs.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We believe in zero-friction contract terms with zero corporate traps. You may cancel your subscription directly from your administrative dashboard at any time without facing termination penalties or hidden fees.
• Physical Hardware Returns: If you are not satisfied with your heavy-duty aluminum plates, returns are handled directly through your original point of purchase channel according to their official policies (such as Amazon’s standard 30-day fulfillment window).
• Cloud Subscription Support Guarantee: Because our platform is a usage-based software utility, processed recurring billing cycles are generally non-refundable. However, your initial activation includes a completely risk-free 14-day trial period. If you ever experience a platform issue, technical glitch, or onboarding confusion, submit a ticket within 30 days of the charge. We review every request manually and are fully committed to resolving your issue to your absolute satisfaction.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The TagTuf platform and hardware products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. TagTuf LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding system uptime, GPS tracking accuracy, internet browser geolocating dependencies, or cellular carrier transmission reliability. We do not guarantee that the service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TagTuf LLC, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, equipment theft, project delays, tool misplacement, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use our tracking hardware and software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall TagTuf LLC’s total liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during the month immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
6. Prohibited Use, Intellectual Property & Termination:
All software code, database design logic, website copy, graphics, and the "TAGTUF" name, logo, and branding are the exclusive property of TagTuf LLC. You are prohibited from reverse-engineering our tracking backend, cloning our browser slider interfaces, or using our proprietary layout tags for non-authorized commercial use. Furthermore, you agree not to use the platform to track individuals or personal property without explicit legal consent, or exploit our telecom features to distribute automated SMS spam, text harassment, or fraudulent network traffic. TagTuf LLC reserves the absolute right to instantly suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these operational boundaries or threatens platform infrastructure, without refund or prior notice.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
